By creating or using a DropFleet account you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully before using the platform.

1. About DropFleet

DropFleet is a logistics management SaaS platform operated by DropFleet Ltd. The platform provides tools for managing deliveries, drivers, shipment tracking and proof of delivery. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered business or sole trader to create an account. By registering you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. DropFleet cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

2.3 One Account Per Organisation

Each organisation may hold one active admin account. Additional users are added as drivers under that account.

3. Subscription Plans & Account Limits

⚠️ Important: Account limits including the number of shipments, drivers, and features available may be adjusted by DropFleet at any time. Where changes reduce existing entitlements, a minimum of 30 days' prior notice will be provided by email.

DropFleet reserves the right to modify plan limits, pricing, and included features. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any change that reduces your current entitlements. Increases in limits or addition of features may occur without prior notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

DropFleet aims for 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding and functionality is owned by DropFleet Ltd. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the account with 30 days' written notice. DropFleet may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for serious breaches of these terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropFleet's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
